PENGARUH HASIL BELAJAR KOMUNIKASI BISNIS DAN KEMATANGAN VOKASIONAL TERHADAP KESIAPAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh hasil belajar komunikasi bisnis dan kematangan vokasional terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI PM SMK N 7 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI PM Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang siswa dengan teknik total sampling.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan angket, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas angket dengan menggunakan rumus product moment pearson, dan reliabilitasnya dihitung dengan menggunakan Cronbarch Alpha. Teknik analisis data penelitian adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian dengan mengunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan Y= 11,066 + 0,250X1 + 0,653X2. Selanjutnya koefisien determinasi diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,367 yang berarti sebesar 36,7% variabel X1 dan X2 memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh bahwa masing- masing variabel X1 dan X2 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Variabel X1 diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu ( 2,315 > 1,660) dan variabel X2 diperoleh thitung> ttabel yaitu (7,094 > 1,660). Sedangkan untuk uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa secara simultan variabel X1 dan X2 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa dengan nilai Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu (28,150 > 3,09).Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Komunikasi Bisnis, Kematangan Vokasional, Kesiapan Kerja.
