NILAI HEDONIS DAN KUALITAS WEBSITE PADA PEDAGANG ECERAN DI MEDIA SOSIAL

Saat ini media social telah jamak digunakan untuk aktivitas bertujuan bisnis baik oleh entitas bisnis maupun oleh perorangan. Fenomena tersebut tentunya memiliki nilai tersendiri dalam sudut pandang system informasi keperilakuan. Di satu sisi, riset yang telah banyak berkembang didominasi oleh riset pada system informasi yang berorientasi tugas. Sementara, di sisi lain fenomena yang terjadi di media social tidak terlepas dari nilai hedonis yang melekap pada media social tersebut. Karenanya kajian literature ini bertujuan untuk membangun kerangka konseptual yang mengintegerasikan unsur entertainment system informasi (Hedonic Information System) dengan unsur produktivitas system informasi (website quality) dalam membangun keberterimaan system informasi. Objek amatan pada kajian literature ini adalah pedagang eceran di social media dan pengguna media social yang menjadi konsumen. Kajian literature ini mengasilkan kerangka konseptual yang selanjutnya dapat divalidasi melalui riset-riset empiris. Sementara ini kerangka konseptual yang dihasilkan juga memiliki rekomendasi praktis dan teoritis. Kata kunci: Nilai Hedonis, Kualitas Website, Pedagang Eceran, Media SosialDownloads
