Sustainable Development itself has many indicators such as economic, social, cultural, environment, etc. But in this study, the authors take only a few factors from an economic point of view. Economic growth, open unemployment rate, regional imbalance rate and human development index are some factors that are considered to describe poverty level in East Java Province. This research uses Fixed Effect (FEM) model panel data regression in 38 regencies/cities in East Java Province in 2011-2015.
