The aim of this study is to create a learning medium for the subject of speaking A2 on the topic of "Media in Everyday Life" with the help of "Powtoon". This study uses the theory of Richey and Klein construction model. These include (i) the planning phase, (ii) the creation phase, (iii) the evaluation phase. The data of this study are the words, sentences, phrases, images, and audio with the topic "Media in everyday life". The data source of this study are books such as Studio Express A2 and the Internet. This examination is carried out in the language laboratory of the Faculty of Language and Arts of the State University of Medan. The video animation was created with the Powtoon and Notevibes Audio application. The result of this study is video animation as a learning medium with the help of Powtoon on the topic of "Media in Everyday Life". The video animation lasted 10 minutes and was in MP4 format. that this learning medium has an overall grade of 90 (good). The learning medium can be accessed online and offline.
