Hubungan Efikasi Diri Dan Motivasi Belajar Dengan Hasil Belajar Tata Hidang Siswa Kelas XI SMK Putra Anda Binjai

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) efikasi diri siswa (2) motivasi belajar siswa (3) hasil belajar tata hidang siswa (4) hubungan efikasi diri dengan hasil belajar tata hidang (5) hubungan motivasi belajar dengan  hasil belajar tata hidang (6) hubungan efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar Tata Hidang. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi. Lokasi penelitian di SMK Putra Anda Binjai. Waktu penelitian pada bulan September 2018. Data penelitian dijaring dengan menggunakan angket untuk menjaring efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar. nilai hasil belajar tata hidang di jaring dengan tes. Teknik analisis data yaitu deskriptif data, uji kecenderungan, uji persyaratan analisis dengan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas dan keberartian persamaan regresi ganda, uji hipotesis dengan uji korelasi product moment, parsial dan uji koefisien korelasi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, tingkat kecenderungan variabel efikasi diri cenderung cukup sebesar 96,66% dan tingkat kecenderungan motivasi belajar cenderung cukup  sebesar  90 %, sedangkan hail belajar tata hidang termasuk kategori tinggi sebanyak  73,3 persen. Hasil analisis korelasi prodcut momen terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri siswa dengan hasil belajar tata hidang  rhitung  > rtabel yaitu 0,854> 0,349. Artinya semakin tinggi efikasi diri siswa maka semakin tinggi hasil belajar tata hidang. Hasil analisis korelasi product momen terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar tata hidang  dengan nilai rhitung  > rtabel yaitu 0,4 > 0,349. Artinya semakin tinggi motivasi belajar  maka semakin tinggi hasil belajar tata hidang siswa. hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi ganda antara efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar tata hidang  Fhitung> Ftabel (48,78> 3,354), terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar tata hidang, artinya semakin tinggi efikasi diri  dan motivasi belajar siswa semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar tata hidang.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine: (1) students' self-efficacy (2) student learning motivation (3) student learning outcomes (4) the relationship between self-efficacy and learning outcomes (5) the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of field planning (6) ) the relationship between self-efficacy and learning motivation with learning outcomes of Field Management. The design of this research is descriptive correlation. Research location at SMK Putra Anda Binjai. Research time was in September 2018. Research data were collected using a questionnaire to capture self-efficacy and learning motivation. the value of learning outcomes in grid arrangement in the net with the test. The data analysis techniques are descriptive data, trend test, analysis requirements test with normality test and linearity test and the meaning of multiple regression equations, hypothesis testing with product moment correlation test, partial and multiple correlation coefficient test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the level of tendency of the self-efficacy variable tends to be sufficient at 96.66% and the level of tendency for learning motivation tends to be sufficient at 90%, while the learning outcomes of field administration are in the high category as much as 73.3 percent. The result of the prodcut moment correlation analysis, there was a significant relationship between the student's self-efficacy and the learning outcomes of the plot arrangement rcount> rtable, namely 0.854> 0.349. This means that the higher the student's self-efficacy, the higher the learning outcomes of field administration. The results of the product moment correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of field management with rcount> rtabel, namely 0.4> 0.349. This means that the higher the motivation to learn, the higher the learning outcomes of students' field management. the results of the calculation of the multiple correlation coefficient between self-efficacy and learning motivation with learning outcomes of field administration Fcount> Ftable (48.78> 3.354), there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and learning motivation with learning outcomes in field administration, meaning that the higher self-efficacy and motivation student learning the higher the learning outcomes of field administration.
