Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas model Team-Based Project dalam pembelajaran blended di PGSD FIP UNIMED. Mengatasi tantangan yang ada”dimana dosen fokus pada perubahan perilaku, sejalan dengan KPI untuk Pendidikan Tinggi, dan penggunaan pembelajaran blended sejak 2020”penelitian ini mengadopsi desain kuantitatif, eksperimental semu. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran pasca pandemi agar sejalan dengan CPL dan CPMK. Outputnya mencakup buku dengan ISBN, prosiding internasional, publikasi jurnal SINTA, dan dokumen Hak Kekayaan Intelektual. Dengan meningkatkan pengajaran pasca pandemi, penelitian ini memberikan manfaat bagi dosen dan mahasiswa, berusaha mencapai hasil pendidikan yang lebih baik.References
