PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TWO STAY TWO STRAY BERBANTUAN MIND MAPPING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI LISTRIK DINAMIS KELAS X SEMESTER II SMA NEGERI 2 SIDIKALANG T.P. 2012/2013

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray berbantuan mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok listrik dinamis di kelas X semester II SMA Negeri 2 Sidikalang T.P. 2012/2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian control group pretest – posttest. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Sidikalang yang terdiri dari 8 kelas. Sampel penelitian diambil 2 kelas yang ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling, yaitu kelas X-3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X-4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes yang berbentuk pilihan ganda untuk soal pretes dan postes  sebanyak 20 soal dan terdiri dari 5 pilihan jawaban dan lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji beda (uji t), setelah uji prasyarat dilakukan, yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatf tipe two stay two stray berbantuan mind mapping dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Untuk hasil belajar siswa, berdasarkan uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray berbantuan mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok listrik dinamis.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of cooperative learning model two stay two stray aided mind mapping on learning outcomes of students in the subject matter of dynamic power in the second half of class X SMA Negeri 2 Sidikalang T.P. 2012/2013. This research is a quasi experimental study design with control group pretest - posttest. Population of all students in grade class X SMA Negeri 2 Sidikalang consisting of 8 classes. Samples were taken 2 classes are determined by random cluster sampling technique that is class X-3 as the experimental class and class X-4 as the control class. The instrument used to collect the data is in the form of multiple-choice test for pretest and posttest questions were made ​​as many as 20 questions and consists of 5 answer choices and student activity sheets observation. To test the hypothesis used different test (t test), after the prerequisite test is done, the test of normality and homogeneity tests. The results showed that the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model aided mind mapping can improve student learning activity. For student learning outcomes, results of testing hypothesis can be concluded that no effect of cooperative learning model two stay two stray aided mind mapping on learning outcomes of students in the subject matter of dynamic power.
