MANAJEMEN EKSTRAKURIKULER OLAHRAGA DI SMAN 1 CILEGON

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMAN 1 Cilegon melalui lima aspek utama, yaitu peserta, pelatih, sarana dan prasarana, organisasi, dan pendanaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi terhadap lima cabang olahraga aktif di sekolah tersebut, yaitu futsal, bola voli, basket, pencak silat, dan bulu tangkis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program ekstrakurikuler dipengaruhi oleh keterpaduan antar aspek. Futsal dan pencak silat merupakan cabang yang paling terkelola dengan baik, didukung oleh pelatih berkualifikasi dan fasilitas latihan yang memadai. Sementara cabang seperti basket dan bulu tangkis masih menghadapi kendala pada aspek pelatih dan pendanaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen yang terstruktur, dukungan sekolah, dan sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan sangat penting untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas pembinaan ekstrakurikuler olahraga di tingkat sekolah menengah.References
