PENGARUH PENDEKATAN PENDIDIKAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK INDONESIA TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract: This study is based on the problem of minimal critical thinking skills of
students in mathematics subjects, aiming to determine the significant influence
on critical thinking skills of students in grade V at SD Negeri 74 Palembang. The
method used in this study is quantitative with Quasi Experimental Design with a
Pretest-Posttest One Group design form. The subjects of this study were 30 students
in grade V.B of SD Negeri 74 Palembang. Data collection was carried out through
tests. The test instrument was in the form of 5 essay questions used to measure
students' critical thinking skills. The results of the normality test of the sig value of
the experimental pretest class were 0.34 and the sig value of the experimental
posttest class was 0.64. Based on the calculation of the homogeneity test, it was
obtained that the probability value or significant value was 0.28> 0.05. The data
analysis technique used the t-test (Independent Sample T-Test), By using the t-test
(independent sample test). SPSS Version 27 assistance, it can be seen from Sig (2
failed) which is 0.001 <0.05 it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is
accepted. From these results, it can be concluded that the provision of the PMRI
approach has a significant effect on critical thinking skills in mathematics subjects
in grade V of elementary school in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic
year.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini didasarkan pada masalah minim nya kemampuan
berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran matematika, bertujuan
untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir
krirtis siswa di kelas V di SD Negeri 74 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan Quasi Experimental Design dengan
bentuk desain Pretest-Posttest One Group. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 30
peserta didik kelas V.B SD Negeri 74 Palembang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan
melalui tes. Instrumen tes berupa 5 soal essai yang digunakan untuk mengukur
kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Hasil uji normalitas nilai sig kelas pretest
eksperimen sebesar 0,34 dan nilai sig posttest kelas eskperimen sebesar 0,64.
Berdasarkan perhitungan uji homogenitas diperoleh bahwa nilai probabilitas atau
nilai signifikan sebesar 0,28 > 0,05. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t
(Independent Sample T-Test), Dengan menggunakan uji-t (independent sample test).
Bantuan SPSS Versi 27, dapat dilihat dari dari Sig (2-failed) yaitu 0,001 < 0,05 dapat
disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat
disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pendekatan PMRI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap
kemampuan berpikir kritis pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas V sekolah dasar
pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025.
