PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MULTIKULTURAL BERBASIS PROYEK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA SD

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of implementing a multicultural project-based learning model on enhancing students' creative thinking abilities. The research activities were conducted at UPT SPF SD Negeri Pannara. This type of research is an experiment with a quantitative approach using a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population of the study includes all fifth-grade students, namely classes VA and VB. The sample was randomly selected using simple random sampling techniques, with a total sample of 32 students from class VA, consisting of 20 male students and 12 female students. The instruments used include observation sheets, creative thinking ability tests, and documentation. Data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential analysis. Based on the analysis results, the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is accepted, which means that the multicultural project-based learning model has a significant effect on improving thinking skills. creative of elementary school students. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of a multicultural project-based learning model is effective in enhancing students' creative thinking abilities. The implications of this research indicate the importance of integrating a multicultural approach and project-based learning in the teaching process at elementary schools. Keyword: Multicultural Learning, Project-Based, Creative Thinking Skills, Elementary School Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuii pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran multikultural berbasis proyek terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan di UPT SPF SD Negeri Pannara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas V, yaitu kelas VA dan VB. Sampel dipilih secara acak menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 siswa dari kelas VA, yang terdiri dari 20 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi, tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, hipotesis nol (H₀) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H₁) diterima, yang berarti bahwa model pembelajaran multikultural berbasis proyek memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa sekolah dasar. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran multikultural berbasis proyek efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya integrasi pendekatan multikultural dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
