The purpose of this study is to find out through the Real Work Role of School Supervisors that can improve Teacher Performance in Teaching and Learning Activities at SDN 091587 Volunteers. This school action research was carried out in 2 cycles with the application of a Realistic Approach. This research is a classroom action research study consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of: planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of the study were 091587 elementary school teachers with volunteers. Data collection methods are used, observation sheets, observations, and photos. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the action cycle I with the application of a realistic approach through the supervision technique of class visits obtained an average grade of 76.1 with a percentage of 0% enough category and 100% enough category. This shows an increase in pre-action test results both in terms of average class and teacher performance. In the second cycle of action with the application of a realistic approach through the supervision technique of classroom visits, the average value of the class has increased by 91.9 and the observation value of teacher activity has increased to reach 100%. Thus it can be said that through the classroom visit supervision technique the application of a realistic approach to SD Negeri 091587 Volunteers has increased.
