Pentingnya peranan teknologi informasi yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam suatu Lembaga Pendidikan khususnya Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Di dalam Lembaga PAUD, teknologi informasi memiliki peranan penting dalam mengolah data, menyusun, menyimpan, mengevaluasi dan pemantauan atau monitoring. Monitoring atau pemantauan merupakan bentuk dari proses pengumpulan data, analisis data, dan menampilkan data berdasarkan indikator yang disusun secara sistematis agar suatu kegiatan atau program tetap pada jalurnya. Dalam penelitian ini, monitoring dilakukan menggunakan metode Periodic Assessment. Dengan metode penelitian menggunakan R&D. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang serta membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk membantu proses monitoring tumbuh kembang anak usia dini (SIMBAUD) guna meningkatkan efektivitas dalam mendeteksi tumbuh kembang anak yang berkualitas sesuai dengan target, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan orang tua dapat melihat hasil pertumbuhan anak di setiap bulan ajar dalam setahun sehingga orang tua maupun guru dapat mendeteksi apakah tumbuh kembang anak sesuai dengan target.References
