PENGARUH SIKAP PROFESIONAL GURU WALI KELAS TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN SISWA KELAS 1 DI SD RK BUDI MURNI 6 MEDAN

Abstract

Abstract : Effect of Teachers Attitudes of Professional Class Against Successful Learning Process of Grade 1 Students In SD RK Budi Murni 6 Medan. Educators in carrying out their duties as a teacher, ideally able to organize a quality learning process, for that educators are expected to apply their professional attitude in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. Therefore, a professional teacher must have four basic competencies as a teacher namely, pedagogic, professional, personality, and social competence .. Based on the results of research that has been done can be seen that the teacher must hold the principle that the competencies that must be owned by a different teacher for each level of education so that for the level of elementary level should further develop the competence of teachers in depth, especially in pedagogic competence and personality competence. A teacher sees that each child is unique and performs different approaches to each student. Teachers should approach gradually and gradually to each student in character and physical so that in the end the students become close and accustomed to the learning process undertaken and learning can be done well.

Abstrak : Pengaruh Sikap Profesional Guru Wali Kelas Terhadap Keberhasilan Proses Pembelajaran Siswa Kelas 1 Di SD RK Budi Murni 6 Medan. Pendidik dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai seorang pengajar, idealnya mampu menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas, untuk itu pendidik diharapkan mampu menerapkan sikap profesionalnya dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Oleh sebab itu, seorang guru yang profesional harus memiliki empat kompetensi dasar sebagai guru yakni, kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial.. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa guru harus memegang prinsip bahwa kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru berbeda untuk setiap jenjang pendidikan sehingga untuk jenjang tingkat SD harus lebih mengembangkan kompetensi guru secara mendalam terutama dalam kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi kepribadian. Seorang guru melihat bahwa setiap anak adalah unik dan melakukan berbagai pendekatan yang berbeda kepada setiap siswa. Guru harus melakukan pendekatan secara bertahap dan perlahan kepada setiap siswa secara karakter maupun fisik sehingga pada akhirnya para siswa menjadi dekat dan terbiasa akan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan dan pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan baik.
