Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya proses pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara intektual, emosional maupun psikomotor secara optimal,tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa akan bahan kuliah manajemen kelas. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk membangun kerjasama yang  koperatif   serta meningkatkan kemampuan profesional dosen menetapkan pembelajaran yang mengaktifkan mahasiswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjeknya, mahasiswa  sebanyak 40 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yaitu  sebelum tindakan 11,5% ,setelah siklus Imenjadi 50% dan setelah siklus II menjadi 92%, Selanjutnya mahaiswa yang mampu bekerjasma secara koperatif juga meningkat yaitu sebelum tindakan 11% , setelah siklus I menjadi 47% dan setelah siklus II menjadi 87%.   Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Berbasis Kasus, Manajemen Kelas, Pemahaman, Kerjasama
