Abstract

Tujuan menulis puisi dengan teknik pemodelan ini agar siswa memiliki kemampuan menulis puisi dengan baik dan berkualitas. Dalam menulis puisi siswa diarahkan dengan melihat, mencontoh, dan berpedoman pada teknik pemodelan puisi yang telah ditentukan. Dengan teknik yang digunakan tersebut siswa menjadi lebih terampil menulis puisi, menghasilkan puisi berkualitas imajinatif, aktual kontekstual. Selanjutnya dalam kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan yang disempurnakan dengan kurikulum 2013 dijelaskan bahwa salah satu hal bersastra yang harus diajarkan dan mesti dikuasai siswa adalah menulis puisi. Banyak teknik pembelajaran yang dapat disodorkan, salah satunya teknik pemodelan. Teknik ini dikenal sejak tahun 2004 dalam kurikulum berbasis kompetensi. Kata kunci : Menulis Puisi, Teknik Pemodelan
