Efektifitas Peningkatan Pengetahuan Pemberian Makanan Bayi dan Anak (PMBA) Melalui Whatsapp Grup Menggunakan Media Infografis dan Video
Abstract
Pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi pada balita diperlukan agar pertumbuhan optimal, intervensi gizi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepedulian ibu memberikan asupan makanan yang baik. Media sosial merupakan fitur yang menjanjikan untuk intervensi gizi bagi dewasa muda. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat efektifitas edukasi gizi melalui whatssapp group menggunakan infografis dan video. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimental, one group pretest posttest dengan subjek 18 ibu balita usia 6-59 bulan di Posyandu Desa Bugangan, Kabupaten Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. Edukasi gizi menggunakan media infografis dan video melalui whatsapp group. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor subjek meningkat 0,9 poin dari hasil pretest. Sebanyak 54,54% mendapatkan skor di bawah rata-rata dan 45,45% mendapatkan skor diatas rata-rata berdasarkan pretest. Setelah intervensi, terdapat perubahan skor pada posttest. Berdasarkan posttest, 36,36% mendapatkan skor di bawah rata-rata dan 63,63% mendapatkan skor di atas rata-rata. Setelah dilakukan Uji Wilcoxon, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,026. Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh pemberian edukasi terhadap pengetahuan ibu balita mengenai pemberian makanan yang baik bagi balita
