Focus and Scope
Journal of Indonesian Active in Sports (JIAS) is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes worldwide high-quality and impactful articles on science, coaching and education in various fields of sport and physical activity: sports health, exercise physiology, sport psychology, nutrition, pedagogy, sports biomechanics, rehabilitation or adapted physical activities, and other sport-related topics. The journal facilitates the transfer of knowledge and technology between research and practice in physical activity and sport.

Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to Journal of Indonesian Active in Sports (JIAS) are subject to peer review by national and international experts, and must:
1. Be clear and easy to understand, precise and concise;
2. Bring new, original, interesting and valid information and guide future research;
3. Not have been published elsewhere and not be under consideration by another journal;
4. Comply with the instructions in the journal's Guide for Authors: manuscripts that do not comply with these rules may be returned to the authors without being reviewed.
Under no circumstances does the journal guarantee publication before the editorial board makes its final decision. Journal of Indonesian Active in Sports (JIAS) is published in March, July, and November each year.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
