INTRODUCTION

In essence, “Introduction” contains a justification to the importance of the research conducted, supported by relevant references (times new roman, font 10).

MATERIALS AND METHODS

This section describers materials used in the research conducted, including detailed specifications and the origin of the materials, to give information to those who interested in use of and repeating the same method(s) and enabling them to get similar and reproducible results. If the method used in the research conducted had been previously described by other researcher(s) in the literature, then relevant source(s) should be cited and referred. Specifically, the field of chemistry learning and teaching must include population/sample, instruments and their standardization, research procedures, and data analysis (times new roman, font 10).

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Results and Discussion section present results of the research conducted; if tables and figures/graphs are presented, they should have good captions or legends. The caption of table and figures need to be clear and “self-explanatory” so readers will be able to understand even without reading the relevance text. No need for data presented in tables or given in the form of the figures/graphs, to be repeated in words, in the text. The presented data are then discussed and compared to published results of previous similar studies, if any. New findings or innovations obtained as well as the contribution of the results conducted to the advancement of science need to be described in order to give more weight of the discussion of the results obtained (times new roman, font 10).

CONCLUSION

The conclusion must answer the purpose of the study or hypothesis. The conclusions should reflect the innovation or repair of the existing science today. Write the conclusion briefly and clearly. Do not discuss again at the conclusion. Use one paragraph of conclusion (times new roman, font 10)

Conflict of Interests

Conflicts of interest regarding research data and funding (times new roman, font 10)

Acknowledgment

his section can be used to acknowledge financial support received in funding the research and to appreciate the institutions or persons for their assistance in the research or in the writing process of the manuscript (times new roman, font 10)

REFERENCES

References section presents all references used in the preparation of the manuscript. They should be listed alphabetically according to the name of first author of the respective article. Each reference should be written completely. Considering the many ways to write a reference, herein this journal, the Harvard System is used as a standard, with the following examples to write a reference of:

Harefa, N., & Silaban, S. (2020). Identification of metal content in food using gravimetric and iodometric methods: The case on children's food. Jurnal Pendidikan Kimia, 12(2), 52-61. DOI: 10.24114/jpkim.v12i2.19395 (Journal Reference)

Simorangkir, M., Nainggolan, B., Juwitaningsih, T., & Silaban, S. (2021). The toxicity of n-hexane, ethyl acetate and ethanol extracts of sarangbanua (Clerodendrum fragrans Vent Willd) leaves by brine shrimp lethality test (BSLT) method. Journal of Physics: Conference Series, 1811, p. 012053. DOI: 10.1088/1742-6596/1811/1/012053 (Proceedings Reference)

The following are the ways to write a referred literature in the text part of manuscript:

For a literature written by one author, Silaban (2021) or (Silaban, 2021); for a literature written by two authors, Harefa & Silaban (2020) or (Harefa & Silaban, 2020) and for a literature written by more than two authors, Simorangkir et al. (2021) or (Simorangkir et al. 2021).
