Abstrak

Aktivitas fisik (PA) semakin dianggap penting dalam mendukung proses belajar, terutama ketika banyak remaja dan pelajar mulai terbiasa dengan gaya hidup yang tidak banyak bergerak. Kondisi ini sering dikaitkan dengan menurunnya fokus, mudah lelah, dan hasil belajar yang kurang optimal. Kajian pustaka ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana PA berhubungan dengan produktivitas belajar pada remaja dan pelajar.
Penulis mengulas lima belas artikel terbaru dari tahun 2017 hingga 2024 yang menggunakan berbagai metode, seperti meta-analisis dan studi eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PA memiliki pengaruh positif, mulai dari meningkatkan fokus dan perilaku belajar di kelas pada remaja, hingga meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan belajar pada siswa melalui perbaikan kualitas tidur dan pengelolaan stres. Beberapa penelitian eksperimen juga menyatakan bahwa jeda aktivitas singkat di tengah pembelajaran dapat membantu meningkatkan konsentrasi.
Namun, sebagian besar bukti kuat berasal dari penelitian pada remaja, bukan pelajar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian lanjutan pada siswa di Indonesia untuk mengetahui bentuk PA yang paling efektif dalam mendukung produktivitas belajar.
