FEKTIVITAS PEMBERIAN TUGAS DALAM RANGKA PENGUATAN KARAKTER TANGGUNGJAWAB PESERTA DIDIK DI SDN SERANG 21

Abstract

Abstract: This research is the result of qualitative research with the title "Effectiveness of Assignment In Order to Strengthen the Character of Student Responsibility in SDN Serang 21". This research aims to find out how effective the task delivery in order to strengthen the character of the responsibilities of learners in SDN Serang 21. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods. Sampling techniques in this study were conducted by purposive sampling. The subjects of this study were Teacher Class V and Student Class V SDN Serang 21. The object of this research is the process of assigning tasks while for the subject learners. The data we obtained through interviews and observations. Furthermore, the data is analyzed and processed descriptively. The results showed that the process of effectiveness of assigning tasks in order to strengthen the character of student responsibility in SDN Serang 21 is quite good. This can be seen from learners collecting tasks in a timely manner and trying to complete their tasks well. And learners can increase understanding of the material through looking for information related to answers that he does not understand or material that he does not understand through technology or the internet. The conclusion of this study is that in a pandemic like this, the provision of tasks is effectively implemented to increase the sense of responsibility and understanding of learners.

Abstrak: penelitian ini adalah hasil penelitian kualitatif dengan judul “Efektivitas Pemberian Tugas Dalam Rangka Penguatan Karakter Tanggung Jawab Peserta Didik Di SDN Serang 21”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah efektivitas pemberian tugas dalam rangka penguatan karakter tanggung jawab peserta didik di SDN Serang 21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Guru Kelas V dan Siswa Kelas V SDN Serang 21. Objek penelitian ini adalah proses pemberian tugas sedangkan untuk subjeknya peserta didik.   Data yang kami peroleh melalui hasil wawancara dan observasi. Selanjutnya data tersebut  di  analisis  serta  diolah  secara  deskriptif.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa  proses  efektivitas pemberian tugas  dalam rangka penguatan karakter tanggung jawab  peserta didik di SDN Serang 21 ini sudah cukup baik. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari peserta didik mengumpulkan tugas secara tepat waktu serta berusaha untuk menyelesaikan tugasnya secara baik. Serta peserta didik bisa menambah pemahaman materi melalui mencari informasi terkait jawaban yang belum ia mengerti maupun materi yang belum ia pahami melalui teknologi ataupun internet. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah dalam masa pandemi seperti ini pemberian tugas merupakan hal yang efektif dilaksanakan guna meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab serta pemahaman terhadap peserta didik.
