Di dunia yang serba online dan digital ini, belanja juga bisa dilakukan secara online seperti online shop. Seperti yang telah kita ketahui, seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan informasi, saat ini banyak bermunculan toko online di kalangan mahasiswa, mulai dari remaja hingga dewasa. Bisnis usaha yang saat ini mengalami persaingan yang ketat adalah bisnis perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce), yang makin mencolok di kalangan mahasiswa kota medan . penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor- faktor perilaku konsumen terhadap pembelian online shop di kalangan mahasiswa kota Medan. metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi dengan bantuan berbagai macam perpustakaan seperti: buku, majalah, dokumen, jurnal, artikel serta skripsi . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku belanja online yaitu adanya pengaruh lingkungan dimasa pandemic covid-19, kepercayaan dan kemudahan, diskon atau potongan harga di aplikasi e-commerce, faktor kualitas produk, Harga Produk, Kemudahan Berbelanja dan Review Produk secara bersama-sama atau simultanberpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen terhadap pembelian online shop di kalangan mahasiswa khusus nya kota Medan.

Abstract

In this online and digital world, shopping can also be done online such as an online shop. As we already know, along with the development of technology and information, currently many online shops have emerged among students, from teenagers to adults. The business that is currently experiencing intense competition is the electronic commerce (e- commerce) business, which is becoming increasingly prominent among Medan city students. This research aims to analyze consumer behavior factors towards online shop purchases among Medan city students. This research method uses a type of literature study research by collecting data and information with the help of various libraries such as: books, magazines, documents, journals, articles and theses. Based on research results, it has been shown that the factors that influence online shopping behavior are environmental influences during the Covid-19 pandemic, trust and convenience, discounts or price cuts in e-commerce applications, product quality factors, product prices, ease of shopping and product reviews. together or simultaneously influence consumer behavior towards online shop purchases among students, especially in the city of Medan.
