PENERAPAN METODE KERJA KELOMPOK DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SD KELAS IV

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SD kelas IV dengan menggunakan metode kerja kelompok. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan : (1) dari hasil observasi motivasi belajar pada tahap awal, diperoleh sebanyak 3 orang yang memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi atau 8,57%. (2) dari hasil observasi motivasi belajar pada siklus I diperoleh sebanyak 11 siswa yang memiliki peningkatan motivasi belajar atau 31,43%, sehingga pada siklus I, terdapat 14 siswa yang termotivasi atau 40%. (3) dari hasil observasi motivasi belajar siswa siklus II diperoleh data, siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi menjadi 29 orang atau 82,86%, terdapat peningkatan sebanyak 15 siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi atau 42,86%.
