Abstract

ABSTRAK

Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah Untuk mengetahui cara penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam  meningkatkan kemampuan menulis  pada siswa kelas VII-B SMP Negeri 1 Stabat tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan  kemampuan menulis  siswa kelas VII-B SMP Negeri 1 Stabat setelah penerapan model pembelajaran  kooperatif tipe STAD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan  atau evaluasi dan refleksi. Teknik analisis  data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis komparatif dan kritis. Teknik analisis komparatif digunakan untuk membandingkan hasil antar siklus, sedangkan teknik analisis kitis digunakan untuk mengungkapkan kekurangan dan kelebihan  kinerja guru dan siswa selama proses  pembelajaran  di dalam kelas.
