ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 5 Tebing Tinggi. Alat pengumpulan data berupa tes dan lembar observasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode pembelajaran Inkuiri berbasis CTL dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 5 Tebing Tinggi pada materi ajar Menganalisis Hubungan Proklamasi Dengan UUD 1945, yang tergambar dari rata-rata aktivitas siklus 1 mencapai 2,91 dan meningkat sebesar 3,16 pada siklus 2. Peningkatan hasil belajar diperoleh dari hasil tes tindakan setiap siklus, di mana siklus 1 mencapai 75,00% dan siklus 2 mencapai 92,86%.
