Altruistik: Jurnal Konseling dan Psikologi Pendidikan is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published twice a year by the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Medan, Indonesia, in collaboration with the Indonesian Guidance and Counseling Association (ABKIN).

The journal follows a regular biannual publication schedule, with two issues released annually:

Issue No. 1: June
Issue No. 2: December

This publication schedule supports the regular dissemination of original research findings, theoretical contributions, and scholarly developments in Guidance and Counseling, Educational Psychology, and related disciplines.

Altruistik is committed to maintaining a consistent publication schedule while ensuring that all published manuscripts undergo appropriate editorial evaluation, peer review, and quality assurance in accordance with the journal's editorial policies.
