Authors' Rights

Authors retain the copyright in their published articles; the journal does not require a copyright transfer. As copyright holders, authors may reuse, distribute, archive, reproduce, and build on their published work, provided they acknowledge its original publication in Jurnal Geografi, including the full citation and the article's DOI.

By publishing in Jurnal Geografi, authors grant the journal the right of first publication. The journal is published by the Department of Geography Education, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Medan, in partnership with Ikatan Geograf Indonesia (IGI).
