MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI MENYUSUN RPP TEMATIK MELALUI SUPERVISI KELOMPOK PENDEKATAN KOLABORATIF BAGI GURU KELAS RENDAH
Abstract
Abstract : Improving Competence RPP Tematik Setting Group Supervision Through Collaborative Approach For Low Class Teacher. The purpose of research is to improve the competence of teachers in the preparation of the Thematic RPP. Which is expected to have implications for the improvement of the quality of thematic learning in class I, II, and III at SDN 1 Jumo. School action research methods (action research). These discussions can be concluded that the Supervision Supervisors can improve the competence of lower grade teacher at SDN 1 Jumo in preparing the Thematic RPP. Furthermore, the researchers recommend: (1) Supervision carried out by the school superintendent to low-grade teachers in preparing the Thematic RPP. (2) In lessons teachers need to be directed to prepare a good learning tool. (3) difficulty in preparing teachers learning devices need to be supported by the school in terms of funding and financing.

Abstrak : Meningkatkan Kompetensi Menyusun RPP Tematik Melalui Supervisi Kelompok Pendekatan Kolaboratif Bagi Guru Kelas Rendah. Tujuan penelitian adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penyusunan RPP Tematik, yang diharapkan berimplikasi pada terjadinya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran tematik di kelas I , II , dan III di SDN 1 Jumo. Metode penelitian tindakan sekolah (action research). Pembahasan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Supervisi Pengawas Sekolah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru kelas rendah SDN 1 Jumo dalam menyusun RPP Tematik. Selanjutnya peneliti merekomendasikan : (1) Supervisi dilaksanakan oleh Pengawas sekolah terhadap guru kelas rendah dalam menyusun RPP Tematik. (2) Dalam pembelajaran guru perlu diarahkan untuk mempersiapkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan baik. (3) Kesulitan guru dalam mempersiapkan perangkat pembelajaran perlu didukung oleh sekolah dalam hal pendanaan dan pembiayaannya.
