Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Congklak game-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) on the multiplication learning outcomes of third-grade students at SD Negeri 105290 Desa Kolam in the 2025/2026 academic year. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population consisted of 36 students, with Class III-A as the experimental class and Class III-B as the control class, selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through tests, observations, and interviews. The research instrument consisted of 25 multiple-choice items that were tested for validity, reliability, item difficulty, and discrimination index, resulting in 20 valid items used in the study. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 through the normality test, homogeneity test, and Independent Samples t-Test. The results showed that the mean pretest score of the control class was 53.06, while the experimental class obtained a mean score of 54.72. The mean posttest score of the control class was 81.39, whereas the experimental class achieved a mean score of 90.83. The hypothesis testing revealed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.002 < 0.05, indicating that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Congklak game-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) has a positive and significant effect on the multiplication learning outcomes of third-grade students at SD Negeri 105290 Desa Kolam.
