IMPLEMENTASI METODE OUTING CLASS DI SENTRA INDUSTRI KERAJINAN BAMBU NGAMPIRAN SEBAGAI SARANA APRESIASI KARYA SENI BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL

Abstract


Abstract: Implementation of the Outing Class Method at the Ngampiran Bamboo Craft Industry Center as a Means of Appreciating Artwork Based on Local Wisdom. This study aims to increase the appreciation of local wisdom-based works of art through outing class learning activities in the bamboo craft industry center Ngampiran Hamlet, Rongkop District, Gunungkidul in the Limited Face-to-Face Learning process for Class V SBdP lessons for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN Kendal Rongkop, with a total of 16 students, consisting of 7 male students and 9 female students. The type of research carried out is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, field notes, photos, and documents resulting from student discussions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Planning the Outing Class Method by asking permission from the principal, the party to be visited, determining the time of departure as well as determining the fleet used to take students to the outing class location and making lesson plans that will be used during activities, 2) The implementation of Outing Class at the bamboo craft center is observing the process of making bamboo crafts, practicing directly, and asking questions with resource persons, 3) Evaluation of Outing class activities in the form of simple reports and presenting to the class, 4) Benefits of activities include respecting one type of wisdom In the local area around them, students are able to appreciate art craft items that it turns out that the manufacturing process requires patience, accuracy, and tenacity to produce valuable works of art.

Abstrak: Implementasi Metode Outing Class Di Sentra Industri Kerajinan Bambu Ngampiran Sebagai Sarana Apresiasi Karya Seni Berbasis Kearifan Lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan apresiasi karya seni berbasis kearifan lokal melalui aktivitas belajar outing class di sentra industri kerajinan bambu Dusun Ngampiran, Kecamatan Rongkop, Gunungkidul dalam proses Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas muatan pelajaran SBdP Kelas V tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Kendal Rongkop, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 16 siswa, yang terdiri dari 7 siswa laki-laki, dan 9 siswa perempuan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian lapangan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, angket, catatan lapangan, foto, dan dokumen hasil diskusi siwa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan Metode Outing Class dengan meminta izin dari kepala sekolah, pihak yang akan didatangi, menentukan waktu keberangkatan sekaligus menentukan armada yang digunakan untuk membawa siswa ke lokasi outing class serta membuat RPP yang akan digunakan saat kegiatan, 2) Pelaksanaan Outing Class di sentra kerajinan bambu yaitu mengamati proses pembuatan kerajinan bambu, mempraktekkan secara langsung, dan tanya jawab dengan narasumber, 3) Evaluasi Kegiatan Outing class berupa laporan sederhana dan mempresentasikan ke depan kelas, 4) Manfaat kegiatan antara lain menghargai salah satu jenis kearifan lokal yang ada di sekitarnya, siswa mampu menghargai barang kerajinan seni bahwa ternyata dalam proses pembuatannya dibutuhkan kesabaran, kecermatan, keuletan yang gigih sehingga menghasilkan karya seni yang bernilai jual.
