ANALISIS MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING DALAM MENGENAL HURUF ABJAD DI KELAS 1 SDN PANGGUNG LOR SEMARANG UTARA

Abstract


Abstract: In learning in PPL 1 at SD N Panggung Lor North Semarang class 1 the problem that was encountered was that there were some students who could not read. These problems are known when students are learning Indonesian language subjects Chapter I What sounds? Theme I Sound and the five senses. There were 27 students consisting of 17 male and 10 female students consisting of several students in grade 1 SD Panggung Lor Semarang who did not know the letters of the alphabet, which made some students unable to read. In overcoming these problems in the discovery learning model research. The purpose of this study was to analyze the discovery learning model in recognizing alphabets in grade 1 SDN Panggung Lor North Semarang. The research method uses technical triangulation in collecting data using unstructured interviews conducted with teachers and students, observation and documentation. The results of this study showed an increase in understanding of the letters of the alphabet using the discovery learning model with a percentage of 0.73% to 0.93%, an increase of 0.15%.

Abstrak: Dalam pembelajaran pada PPL 1 di SD N Panggung Lor Semarang utara  kelas 1 permasalahan yang telah ditemui adalah terdapat beberapa peserta didik yang masih belum bisa membaca. Permasalahan tersebut diketahui pada saat peserta didik melakukan pembelajaran mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Bab I Bunyi apa? Tema I Bunyi dan Pancaindra. Terdapat 27 peserta didik terdiri dari 17 laki – laki dan 10 perempuan peserta didik terdiri dari Beberapa peserta didik di kelas 1 SD Panggung Lor Semarang belum mengenal huruf abjad sehingga membuat beberapa peserta didik belum mampu untuk membaca. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut di dalam penelitian  model discovery learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model discovery learning dalam mengenal huruf abjadi di kelas 1 SDN Panggung Lor Semarang Utara. Metode penelitian menggunakan triangulasi teknik dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara tak berstruktur yang dilakukan kepada guru dan peserta didik, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat peningkatan pemahaman mengenal huruf abjad menggunakan model discovery learning  dengan jumlah presentase 0,73% menjadi 0,93 % mengalami jumlah peningkatan sebanyak 0,15 %.
