Identifikasi Research gap Efisiensi Energi Smart Cities berbasis Teknologi dan Kebijakan: Literature Review

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi perkembangan integrasi teknologi smart city dalam meningkatkan efisiensi energi perkotaan, menganalisis peran kebijakan publik dan governance, serta mengkaji research gap dan arah pengembangan masa depan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Integrative Literature Review (ILR) dengan penelusuran literatur melalui platform Scite.ai menggunakan strategi pencarian terstruktur dan proses seleksi berdasarkan alur PRISMA. Dari hasil pencarian diperoleh 26 artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional terindeks Scopus yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), smart grids , renewable energy systems, dan green buildings berkontribusi terhadap optimalisasi konsumsi energi, pengurangan emisi karbon, dan pengembangan sistem energi berbasis data. Selain itu, kebijakan publik, adaptive governance, dan stakeholder collaboration berperan penting dalam mendukung implementasi smart city energy efficiency. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa literatur masih didominasi pendekatan teknologi, sedangkan kajian yang mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan kebijakan dan governance masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sintesis hubungan antara teknologi dan kebijakan serta mengidentifikasi research gap sebagai dasar pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya.
