Abstract
This research endeavors to examine the efficacy of IPA material learning and its modifications in fostering science literacy among elementary school students. Employing a qualitative research methodology, data was collected through observational, interview, and documentary analysis techniques. The findings of this study reveal that IPA material learning and its modifications can indeed bolster science literacy among elementary school students by enhancing their comprehension of IPA concepts, developing their science process skills, and augmenting their awareness of the significance of IPA in everyday life. Nevertheless, this study also uncovered several impediments to the implementation of IPA material learning and its modifications, including resource constraints and inadequate teacher training. The implications of this study underscore the importance of expanding teacher training programs and augmenting resources to facilitate the effective implementation of IPA material learning and its modifications in promoting science literacy among elementary school students.
