Abstract

The management of educators and educational personnel is an important aspect of delivering quality education. The success of human resource management in schools depends not only on the principal as the leader but also on the active support of teachers. This study aims to describe the role of teachers in assisting principals in managing educators and educational personnel at SD Al-Mukmin. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and questionnaires as data collection techniques. The participants consisted of the principal, teachers, and students. The findings revealed that teachers play a significant role in implementing school programs, managing learning administration, participating in decision-making processes, and solving various school-related problems. Effective collaboration between teachers and principals contributes to successful school management. The challenges identified include teachers’ workload and limited time to carry out additional responsibilities. Therefore, effective communication and proportional task distribution are necessary to optimize the management of educators and educational personnel.
