This study aims to describe the role of teachers in assisting the principal in managing educational management, particularly in the maintenance and utilization of school facilities and infrastructure at SDN 080858. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with two teachers, the principal, and four sixth-grade students. The findings indicate that teachers actively participate in educational management by maintaining learning facilities, utilizing available media, reporting damaged infrastructure, and collaborating with the principal. The primary challenge identified is inadequate facilities requiring considerable repair time. The recommended solution involves strengthening communication and responsive collaboration between teachers and the principal. This study concludes that teachers play a significant role in supporting the principal in managing educational facilities, which ultimately affects the quality of the learning process
