STUDI DESKRIPTIF TENTANG PENGETAHUAN TANAMAN HERBAL DIHUBUNGKAN DENGAN HASIL OLAHAN MINUMAN

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The design of this research uses descriptive method aims to find and develop and test the truth of a science in accordance with the objectives of science that is to determine the extent of the relationship between herbal knowledge with Processed Beverage results at SMK Negeri 1 Berastagi. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded as follows: the results of the data from the class XI TPHP 1 students' knowledge of Herbal Plants (X) belong to the category that tends to be High by 97.15%. While the results of student practice on processed herbal drinks (Y) class XI TPHP 1 are classified as Fair enough at 77.15%.

ABSTRAK

Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif bertujuan untuk menemukan dan mengembangkan serta menguji kebenaran dari suatu ilmu pengetahuan sesuai dengan tujuan ilmu pengetahuan yaitu untuk mengetahui sejauhmana hubungan pengetahuan tanaman herbal dengan hasil Olahan Minuman di SMK Negeri 1 Berastagi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: hasil data darai Pengetahuan siswa kelas XI TPHP 1 terhadap Tanaman Herbal (X) tergolong kategori cenderung Tinggi sebesar  97,15%. Sementara Hasil praktek siswa pada olahan minuman herbal (Y) kelas XI TPHP 1 tergolong kategori cenderung Cukup sebesar 77,15%.
