Author Gudelines

Overview

The Submission Guidelines explain the technical process and requirements for submitting manuscripts through the online system of Jurnal Psikologi Konseling. Compliance with these instructions helps speed up the review and publication process.

Submission Requirements

Before submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure that:

1. The manuscript meets all formatting and structural requirements described in the Author Guidelines.
2. The manuscript has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration by another journal.
3. All references, tables, and figures are correctly numbered and cited.
4. All necessary permissions for data, images, or copyrighted materials have been obtained.
5. The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.

Submission Process

1. Create an Account – Register or log in to the OJS system.
2. Start a New Submission – Follow the step-by-step submission form.
3. Upload Files – Upload the main manuscript and any supplementary materials.
4. Fill Metadata – Complete all required information (title, abstract, authors, keywords, etc.).
5. Confirm Submission – Review all entries before final submission.

After Submission

Once submitted, the manuscript will undergo:

1. Editorial Screening for format and plagiarism check.
2. Peer Review by at least two independent reviewers.
3. Revision Process (if necessary) based on reviewer feedback.
4. Final Decision by the editorial board.

Authors can monitor the progress of their submission through their OJS dashboard.
