Cybersupport untuk Menjaga Kesejahteraan Psikologis di Ruang Digital pada Gen Z

Abstract

Cybersupport merupakan dukungan sosial berupa perhatian dan penghargaan secara digital dari orang sekitar. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review secara sistematis. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi efektif dalam cyberbullying dan hubungannya terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Proses pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui database Google Scholar yang berfokus pada peer-reviewed journal. Artikel ini menggunakan sumber literatur yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2015 sampai 2025. Setiap artikel akan diseleksi melalui beberapa tahap untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Melalui tahap tersebut, ditemukan 6 artikel yang benar-benar relevan dan memenuhi standar kualitas. Keenam artikel dianalisis lebih lanjut untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Setelah dianalisis, ditemukan dua kategorisasi tema yaitu intervensi dan dukungan sosial. Intervensi dilakukan melalui program CREEP, Stand-Alone, webinar UPRIGHT, dan aplikasi IMPACT. Sementara itu, dukungan sosial dilakukan dengan communicative strategies dan emotional support. Kedua tema ini dapat mengurangi dampak psikologis yang serius serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis.
