Abstract

Masa dewasa muda ditandai oleh proses eksplorasi identitas yang intens, sehingga diperlukan kejelasan konsep diri untuk membantu individu menavigasi tuntutan akademik, sosial, dan emosional. Salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam pembentukan kejelasan konsep diri adalah gaya kelekatan yang terbentuk dari pengalaman relasional awal dengan pengasuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kelekatan dan kejelasan konsep diri pada mahasiswa di Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non-eksperimental dengan desain korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 383 mahasiswa usia 18–25 tahun yang diperoleh dengan teknik criterion-based sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari Revised Adult Attachment Scale (RAAS) sedangkan kejelasan konsep diri diukur dengan Self Concept Clarity Scale. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara gaya kelekatan aman dengan kejelasan konsep diri, sedangkan gaya kelekatan tidak aman berhubungan negatif dengan kejelasan konsep diri. Dengan urutan dari tertinggi hingga terendah yaitu gaya kelekatan aman, menghindar, cemas, dan ambivalen. Secara keseluruhan, gaya kelekatan memegang peran penting dalam pembentukan kejelasan konsep diri mahasiswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan relasi yang aman untuk mendukung perkembangan identitas yang sehat pada dewasa muda.
