Portal ini mengadopsi kebijakan akses terbuka (open access) sebagai upaya untuk mendukung penyebaran ilmu pengetahuan secara luas, inklusif, dan bertanggung jawab, sekaligus mempermudah akses bagi peneliti, dosen, mahasiswa, serta masyarakat umum terhadap hasil-hasil riset terbaru.

    Frequency of Publication Jurnal Kategrori Seni: Seni Rupa is published periodically every six months, with two publication periods in one year, namely in the January-June period and the July-December period. Each issue is designed to feature a variety of topics and perspectives that reflect the dynamics and current developments in the art world. Seni Rupa not only serves as a publication platform, but also as a means to facilitate dialog and collaboration among researchers, artists, and educators in a joint effort to develop and enrich the art world. We invite all interested parties to participate and contribute to this journey, both through article submissions and by providing feedback and support for our journal.

Jurnal Kewarganegaraan was published by the Jurusan Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (English: Departement of Pancasila and Civic Education) Universitas Negeri Medan and is managed in collaboration with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Indonesia (Indonesia Association Profession of Pancasila and Civic Education/AP3KnI).
