Portal ini mengadopsi kebijakan akses terbuka (open access) sebagai upaya untuk mendukung penyebaran ilmu pengetahuan secara luas, inklusif, dan bertanggung jawab, sekaligus mempermudah akses bagi peneliti, dosen, mahasiswa, serta masyarakat umum terhadap hasil-hasil riset terbaru.

    Jurnal Handayani PGSD FIP UNIMED contains articles related to the fields of education, learning, research and community service. This journal, abbreviated as Handayani JH, is managed by the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, State University of Medan. JH is published twice a year in June and December in print and electronic form published by State University of Medan in collaboration with the Indonesian Elementary School Teacher Education Lecturer Association. Jurnal Handayani PGSD FIP UNIMED agenda has played an important role for Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Education, State University of Medan in encouraging harmonious educational innovations that can provide answers to various regional, national and global issues.
