Facilities and infrastructure are essential components in supporting the effectiveness of the learning process in schools. The availability of adequate facilities can create a conducive learning environment and assist teachers and students in carrying out learning activities effectively. This study aims to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process at UPT SD Negeri 060877 Medan Perjuangan. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method involving one principal, two teachers, and three students as respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the management of facilities and infrastructure at the school has been implemented well. Teachers actively participate in maintaining, supervising, and monitoring the use of school facilities, while students perceive that the available facilities are adequate to support learning activities. However, several improvements are still needed, particularly in technology-based learning media and practical learning equipment. With proper management and the support of all school members, facilities and infrastructure can be utilized optimally to improve the quality of the learning process
