THE EFFECT OF THE VALUE CLARIFICATION TECHNIQUE (VCT) MODEL BASED ON GAME EDUCATION FLASH CARDS ON LEARNING OUTCOMES OF PANCASILA EDUCATION

This study aims to determine the effect of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model based on Game Education Flash Cards on student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject matter of My Rights and Obligations in the School Environment for Grade IV students. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with two groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 060913 Medan in the 2025/2026 academic year with a sample of 54 students. Data collection techniques include tests, observations, and documentation. The research procedure began with a pre-test to determine students' initial abilities, then treatment was given in the form of the VCT model based on Game Education Flash Cards in the experimental class, while the control class used conventional methods. After that, a post-test was given to determine student learning outcomes. Data were analyzed through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests as hypothesis tests. The research results show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that the VCT learning model based on Game Education Flash Cards has a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject on the material of Rights and Obligations in the School Environment for Grade IV students at SD Negeri 060913 Medan.
