The rapid development of technology requires the world of education to innovate, including in improving teacher competence as the main agent in the learning process. However, the application of technology at the primary school level still faces serious obstacles, especially in terms of limited facilities, low teacher skills, and inequality of access in underdeveloped, outermost, and frontier (3T) areas. This study was conducted using a qualitative method based on literature review to examine strategies for revitalizing teacher education in responding to the dynamics of the 21st century. The study results show that the appropriate use of technology can strengthen learner engagement, optimize teachers' functions as learning facilitators, and encourage collaboration between schools and families. Therefore, strengthening teacher professionalism and future-oriented policy support are essential to establish an inclusive and responsive basic education system.Downloads
