CORRELATION OF AGILITY, FLEXIBILTY AND LEG MUSCLE POWER TO THE SPEED OF DOLYO CHAGI KICKS IN TAEKWONDO MARTIAL ARTS ATHLETES IN ARNEMIA TAEKWONDO CLUB ATHLETES 2021

Abstract


The research aims to determine the correlation of agility, flexibility and leg muscle power to the speed of dolyo chagi kicks in taekwondo martial arts athletes in Arnemia Taekwando Club athletes 2021. The research conducted in Arnemia Taekwondo Club. The research population are 20 athletes and the sample that used are 10 athletes who are taken by total sampling technique. The research methods is correlation method to determine the correlation of the variables. The data collection technique . The data analysis technique that used are normality test, homogeneity test, and hyphotesis test was t-test and f-test with a sifnificiant level of 0,05. The result of hyphothesis test is all of the correlation of variable X to variable Y in f-test is fcount = 6,06 > ftable = 4,757. This result show that there is the correlation of agility, flexibility and leg muscle power to the speed of dolyo chagi kicks in taekwondo martial arts athletes in Arnemia Taekwando Club athletes.
