ANALISIS HAMBATAN GURU DALAM MELAKSANAKAN EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN BERDIFERENSIASI BERBASIS KURIKULUM MERDEKA DI SD

The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the importance of differentiated learning and evaluation that adapts to students' needs. However, the implementation of evaluation in practice still faces various obstacles at the elementary school level. This study aims to analyze the obstacles faced by elementary school teachers in implementing learning evaluations based on the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interview and observation techniques. The results show that teachers have difficulty understanding differentiated evaluation, limitations in designing varied evaluation instruments, low mastery of evaluation technology, and high workload. The findings recommend the need for continuous training, provision of technological facilities, and strong managerial support for the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum to run optimally.References
