Analisis Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Dalam Mata Pelajaran Matematika Di Sekolah

Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is one of the learning approaches that is believed to be able to improve critical thinking skills and students' ability to solve problems, especially in the context of mathematics learning. This article aims to expand the effectiveness of the application of the PBL model in mathematics subjects through a literature review of various national scientific journals. The results of this study indicate that the use of the PBL model consistently can encourage improved learning outcomes, student engagement, and their understanding of mathematical concepts. Although its implementation faces a number of challenges such as time constraints, teacher readiness, and classroom management, this model is considered potential to be widely applied in various educational institutions. This study also suggests the importance of training for teachers in designing problem-based learning and support for learning systems that support its implementation to run effectively.References
