Analisis Efektivitas Penggunaan Media Konkret dalam Pengenalan Konsep Statistik di Sekolah Dasar

This study examines the effectiveness of using concrete media to teach elementary school students statistical concepts. The importance of creative learning media lies in students' difficulties in understanding abstract statistical concepts. The quasi-experimental method used a pre-test and post-test control group design. This involved an experimental group using concrete media, such as real objects, data cards, and teaching aids, and a control group using conventional methods. The results showed that, compared to traditional methods, concrete media significantly improved students' understanding of statistical concepts, motivation, and learning activities. In short, concrete media serves as a creative learning method that helps students connect abstract concepts with real-life experiences. This supports students' achievement in mathematics learning from an early age.References
